Restriction of responsibility

Goldi does his best to ensure the up -to -date and correctness of the information published on his website. However, the properties of the items, delivery time or price can change so quickly that Goldi fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, Goldi will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.

Goldi is not responsible for the content of the opinions about the items written by visitors. Golds reviews before publishing and rejects those that contain obvious untruths are inappropriate, misleading or offensive. Goldi is not responsible for information in opinions and is limited from any responsibility that comes from the information provided in the opinions.

Goldi has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if an obvious error is determined (Article 46 of the OZ). An obvious mistake is considered an error in the essential characteristics of the item and all the mistakes that are considered decisive in the store or by the purpose of the customers and would not confirm or conclude the Golds in the event of knowledge. This also includes obvious price errors.

Golds complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. Goldi is trying to fulfill his duty to ensure an effective complaint treatment system.

Goldi is aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time required and the costs arising from the resolution of the dispute, which is also the main obstacle to the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, Goldi strives his best to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.

Prices

All published prices contain VAT. Goldi reserves the right to change prices. Discounts are not added up. The validity of all prices is confirmed by the Goldi subsequently. The order awarded does not mean concluding the transaction under the conditions stated.
