Shipment Rules

In most cases, Goldi offers its own delivery about the Goldi Service. In rare cases, our goods are delivered through external partners.

For wood pellets, briquettes and firewood, delivery is offered throughout Slovenia. Fuel oil and diesel are delivered in central Slovenia, Gorenjska and Zasavje.

The delivery price list is published in the card of each product.

The buyer must provide access and appropriate unloading point. In the event of an inability to deliver delivery due to the inappropriateness of the basis or inaccessibility, additional costs are charged, € 2.5 per kilometer in both directions + 100 € of overhead costs.

Goldi informs the buyer beforehand about the method of delivery and the dimension of the delivery vehicles that are suitable for delivery of our products.
