Refund Rules
If the goods correspond to all the provisions marked on the packaging or certification conditions, the goods cannot be returned free of charge. However, if the buyer decides to return, the costs are charged, with a fixed EUR 30 per range + 2.5 € every kilometer in both directions (miles start to count from the location of our warehouse 1240 Kamnik). In addition, the cost of directing € 100 per return is charged.
If the goods do not meet the standards that apply, then the return is free of charge. We also perform free replacement of goods with appropriate goods. The costs incurred by the manufacturer of inadequate goods.
Proof of the inadequacy of goods is an official product test by official testing houses.
In case the buyer wants to perform the testing, they are the provisions of the following;
- If the test results are in accordance with the certification, the cost of the test is borne by the buyer, and the overhead costs of € 100 are also charged.
- If the test results are inconsistent with the certificate, the cost of the test is borne by the manufacturer, and the other costs that have incurred.
Complaints and refunds must be carried out within 30 days of delivery. We do not consider later complaints and returns.
The buyer must provide adequate storage of products and use them in therefore suitable and certified heating systems. In the event that one of these conditions is not fulfilled, the complaint is not taken into account.
